4t PRIMÀRIA. EDUCACIÓ VIAL
El passat dimecres 4 de maig, l’alumnat de 4t de primària vam participar del taller d’Educació Vial al circuit de la Xamora. Ens ho vam passar genial i vam posar en pràctica tots aquells coneixements que havíem après anterioment a les xerrades i activitats dins l’escola. Moltes gràcies als agents de la policia local que ho van fer possible.

Science on Stage in Brussels: Release of the new brochure ‘iStage 3 – Football in Science Teaching’
On 2 June 2016 Science on Stage Germany will present the new teaching material ‘iStage 3 – Football in Science Teaching‘ at the Representation of the State of Hessen to the European Union in Brussels. The brochure was developed by 20 teachers from 15 European countries. In 12 teaching units the brochure shows how students can be fascinated for STEM with exciting topics and questions round about the popular sport ‘football’: from the game itself to the biological and health’ aspects of the players to the environmental issues when organising a big international sports event like the European Football Championship. Science on Stage is honoured by the commitment of Mr. Tibor Navracsics, European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, to convey a personal greeting. Learn more about ‘iStage 3’ here.

ALUMNES DE 4t ESO DEL COR DE MARIA AL V CONCURS DE CRISTAL·LITZACIÓ A L’ESCOLA
Els i les alumnes de 4t d’ESO de física i química participen en la cinquena edició del concurs de cristalls que organitzen les universitats de Barcelona, Autònoma de Barcelona i Rovira i Virgili, juntament amb l’Obra Social “la Caixa”. És un projecte de divulgació científica que pretén apropar a l’alumnat al món de la química. Així doncs, aquest grup d’alumnes que porta mesos treballant en aquest projecte finalment, el dia 6 de maig presentaran davant d’un jurat d’experts el seu treball i participaran en la jornada en format de congrés científic on s’escolliran els guanyadors.
El treball de l’alumnat del Cor de Maria consisteix en la presentació d’un conjunt de cristalls realitzats per tot l’alumnat al laboratori de l’escola. Un cop realitzats els cristalls l’alumnat també ha confeccionat un pòster explicatiu i una maqueta per exposar els cristalls i, tot plegat haurà de ser defensat davant del jurat.
